Agustin is deep rooted in the construction industry with family ties to road construction in the Central Valley since the early 90s. Agustin began his career as a laborer and traffic control technician. It was through this role that he developed the fundamentals of roadwork and the importance of safety in construction zones.
With his experience in traffic control and road construction, Agustin started with CATs as a lead Traffic Control Technician and was quickly promoted to Project Manager and now Operations Manager. His leadership skills, out of the box thinking and unsurpassed work ethic allow him to play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of both employees and the public in all facets of the company’s operations.
